Work rollers are made of 42CrMo steel, after rough processing and tempering treatment, HB260-300. After finishing, medium frequency quenching HRC45-50. Surface grinding and polishing treatment to prevent scratching of rolled sheets.
The upper roller is driven by independent hydraulic motor and planetary reducer (and equipped with overload protection system), the large equipment drive system adopts dual drive system, the upper roller and the lower roller are driven by independent hydraulic motor and planetary reducer; Dual drives can provide a greater pulling force on the steel plate, allowing smaller diameters and thinner steel plates to be rolled.
The moving mode of the side roll is linear sliding rail, and the side roll is driven by the hydraulic cylinder in the linear track to do up and down reciprocating movement, compared with the arc swing arm winding machine, its structure is stronger, the pre-bending effect is better, the control accuracy is higher, the service life is long, and the maintenance is simple.
The hydraulic system is an independent oil circuit, which is acted by two parts, one part is the main transmission part: providing power for the work roller; the other part is the auxiliary transmission: lifting for the lower and side work roller; The upside down flip provides power.
Numerical control system with Siemens PLC as the core, equipped with Smart700IE V3 color display, and can display the current displacement value of each movement of the plate rolling machine in the running state, can be preset the displacement value of each roll, and PLC to form a reliable performance, to achieve strong performance control system.
The system has R232 interface or R485 interface or industrial Ethernet port (network slot is preferred, serial port slot is provided), real-time communication network interface, convenient for the buyer's MES system to read production data on the equipment.
The equipment can be equipped with coil cone, hydraulic top support, hydraulic side support, feeding platform and other devices according to customer requirements.
