Product introduction:
The body of the machine adopts the whole frame structure, the main components are required to be welded steel plate structure, which needs to be annealed at high temperature to eliminate the internal stress. The slide block is guided by four guide pillars, and the guide sleeve is made of copper base alloy material to improve the allowable surface stress. Hydraulic control system adopts cartridge valve integrated system, reliable operation, long service life, small hydraulic impact, reduce the connection pipeline and leakage point. Independent electrical control system, reliable work, intuitive action, easy maintenance. Adopt button centralized control, set adjustment (click), single (semi-automatic) two modes of operation. It can realize two kinds of molding process, such as fixed range and fixed pressure, and has the performance of maintaining rolling time. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process needs.
