This machine is mainly suitable for plastic products, glass fiber, metal sheet stretching, bending, flanging, forming and other processes, can be completed once punching and stretching (or flanging) composite process.
Three-beam and four-column structure, the fuselage is welded with steel plate, heat treatment to eliminate internal stress, with high rigidity and stability. Cylinder piston rod, column are made of 45# steel, surface hardening chromium plating to increase hardness.
The hydraulic system, which is the power source of the device, is placed on the right side of the main engine and is connected to the fuselage by flexible high-pressure hoses and multi-signal electrical. Hydraulic control system adopts cartridge valve integrated system, reliable operation, long service life, small hydraulic impact, reduce the connection pipeline and leakage point.
Independent electrical control system, reliable work, intuitive action, easy maintenance. Adopt button centralized control, set adjustment (click), single (semi-automatic) two modes of operation. It can realize two kinds of molding process, such as fixed range and fixed pressure, and has the performance of maintaining rolling time. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process needs.
