Center deviation of the extrusion rod: Light cases may accelerate the loss of the copper sleeve and slide rail due to uneven force, while heavy cases may tilt the robotic arm or break the extrusion rod, causing major accidents.
3、 Cleaning and lubrication
Keeping the surface of the machine clean not only ensures good appearance, but also is a part of the daily maintenance of the profile bending machine. Especially for the sliding motion part, it is necessary to pay more attention to cleaning and maintenance. If dirt adheres to the surface, it can damage the contact surface and reduce its service life.
4、 Blocking clearance
The air filter and pump suction filter screen may become clogged with dirt after long-term use. After blockage, abnormal phenomena may occur, such as failure of action, abnormal sound from the pump, etc. Once a blockage occurs, it should be dealt with immediately to avoid causing other faults.
5、 Hydraulic oil management and maintenance
Hydraulic oil is very important for extrusion machines, and hydraulic oil with excessive pollution, impurities, and improper viscosity is the bane of hydraulic components.
