The piston rod surface of the oil cylinder has undergone strict heat treatment, and the surface is hard chromium plated. The oil cylinder sealing ring is a new YD type sealing ring with low friction resistance and high pressure resistance. It is made of imported materials and has good wear resistance, extending its service life.
The die is divided into upper die and lower die, both of which are made of forged alloy steel. After rough machining, it is quenched and tempered, HB260-300, and after finishing, it is laser quenched, HRC45-50. The lower mold adopts a pluggable mold, and the size of the slot can be changed by changing the slot.
The control mechanism has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and adopts button centralized control. At the same time, it is equipped with wireless remote control buttons, which can remotely control the equipment, making it safe and convenient.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic feeding platform for supporting and feeding steel plates to be rolled into a hydraulic press for pressing.
